About these terms

These terms apply to the Sadharo apps for iPhone, Apple Watch, Android and Wear OS and to the website sadharo.app (together, “Sadharo”), operated by DOIT-BI Sp. z o.o., pl. Powstańców Śląskich 1/11, 53-329 Wrocław, KRS 0001034827, Poland (“we”, “us”). By using Sadharo you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use Sadharo.

Who can use Sadharo

You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms.

Health and safety

Sadharo is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It is a timer and a practice journal. The effects described in the app and on the website are what practitioners report, not clinical findings. Nothing in Sadharo is a substitute for diagnosis or treatment.

Standing, sitting or lying on nails puts pressure on the skin and can be painful or cause injury. Do not practice, or ask a doctor first, if any of the contraindications listed in the app apply to you, including pregnancy, recent stroke or heart attack, heart disease, reduced sensation in the feet (for example with diabetes), open wounds or skin inflammation on the feet, blood-clotting disorders or blood thinners, epilepsy, acute illness or fever, or being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Start with short, supported practice as the app suggests. Step off right away if you feel dizzy, faint, short of breath, sharp or unusual pain, or if the skin is broken. Keep your board clean and stable and follow the maker's instructions. You practice at your own risk and are responsible for deciding whether the practice is right for you.

Your account

Most of Sadharo works without an account. An account (Sign in with Apple or Google) is needed for the cloud copy, challenges and groups. Keep access to it secure and tell us at hello@sadharo.app if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

Sadharo Pro

Some features are part of Sadharo Pro, available as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase. The price, the period and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is made through your App Store or Google Play account.

• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• If you start a free trial, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before then. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue refunds for store purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• If we change the price, the store will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next period after you are notified, as the store's rules allow.
• A lifetime purchase gives access to Pro for as long as we offer the app for your platform.
• Restore previous purchases with “Restore” in the app.

We may change which features are in Pro or free. If we remove a major Pro feature you paid for during your current period, you can ask us for help at hello@sadharo.app.

Challenges, groups and your content

Your content, such as notes, intentions, board photos, your profile photo, the name you use in challenges and groups, and the name and description of a group you create, remains yours. You give us a limited license to store, copy and display it only as needed to run Sadharo for you, for example to keep your cloud copy, to show members of your challenges and groups your name, photo and practice days and the minutes and practice details you choose to share, or to show a group's name, description and emoji to people who have its invite code.

Choose names, photos and group descriptions that are not offensive, misleading or someone else's, and only invite people who want to join. A group's admin manages its name, description, goal, invite code and members, and is responsible for keeping the group's name and description within these terms.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Names, photos, group names and descriptions, intentions and anything else you share must not be hateful, sexual, violent, harassing, threatening or otherwise objectionable, and you must not bully, harass or abuse other members. Any member can report content, another member or a group, and block a member, right in the challenge or group. We act on reports within 24 hours: we may remove the content, change a group's name or description or delete the group, remove the user from challenges and groups, take away their admin role, and suspend or end their account, without prior warning.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse Sadharo, for example by breaking the law, posting objectionable content, harassing or abusing others, interfering with or overloading our services, trying to access other people's data, reverse engineering the app except where the law allows it, or getting around Pro in unauthorized ways.

Our content and license

Sadharo, including its design, texts, programs, lessons, illustrations and sounds, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from. Sounds you import into the app must be yours or licensed to you.

Other services

Sadharo works with services we do not control, such as Apple Health, Health Connect, your watch, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, the App Store and Google Play. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for how they work.

If you got the app from the App Store

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Sadharo running and improving, but we may change, pause or end features, or the service, at any time. Please keep a backup of your data; the app lets you export it to a file.

Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, Sadharo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose, or that any health or wellbeing result will follow. Heart rate and other readings from phones, watches and sensors may be inaccurate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of Sadharo, and our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Sadharo in the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Sadharo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, after a warning where reasonable. If you post objectionable content or abuse other users, we may act at once, as described in “Challenges, groups and your content”. The sections on health and safety, content, disclaimer, liability and law continue to apply after that.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when Sadharo or the law changes. We will show the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Sadharo after that, the new terms apply.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Please contact us first at hello@sadharo.app; most issues can be solved quickly.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Sadharo.
