Delete your Sadharo account
Last updated: 15 October 2026
In short
Sadharo, the sadhu board app by DOIT-BI Sp. z o.o., works without an account. If you never signed in, all your data is only on your phone, and removing the app deletes it.
If you signed in with Apple or Google, you can delete the account and everything linked to it yourself in the app, or ask us by email, for example if you no longer have the app.
Delete it in the app
- Open Sadharo and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm. The app asks you to sign in with Apple or Google once more to prove the account is yours.
- The account and its data are deleted right away, as listed below.
Ask us without the app
Write to hello@sadharo.app with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, say so and tell us the name you use in challenges or groups: we will find the account and ask you to confirm it is yours.
We delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and reply once it is done.
What is deleted
- your account (identifier, email address and name from Apple or Google);
- the cloud copy of your practices, boards, notes, health data and settings;
- your profile photo;
- your entries in challenges and groups with everything you shared there (days, minutes, practices, intentions) and the kudos you gave and got there;
- groups in which nobody else is left (in the other groups you were admin of, the member who has been in the group longest becomes admin);
- your phones' push registrations;
- the members you blocked.
What is kept, and for how long
- Data on your phone stays until you delete it (Settings → Backup → Delete all history) or remove the app.
- Your subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat, which manages purchases for us, as long as the law requires, for example for tax.
- Reports other members made about you: up to 1 year after they are resolved.
- Crash reports, which are not linked to your account: up to 90 days.
- A challenge itself (its code, goal and start date) stays for its other members, without your entry.
- A group you were in stays for its other members, without your entry.
- Your name on a group's list of removed members, if its admin removed you: until the admin lets you back or the group is deleted.
- Emails you sent us: as long as needed to answer, and up to 2 years after that.
Delete only some of your data
You can also keep the account and delete only part of your data:
- delete practices one by one or your whole history (Settings → Backup → Delete all history);
- leave a challenge or group, which removes your entry, what you shared and your kudos there;
- remove your profile photo (Settings → Account);
- sign out, which removes this phone's push registration.
To have anything else deleted, write to hello@sadharo.app. More about your data: Privacy Policy.
